My vision is to build trustworthy and respectful relationships with Clients and Community through respect, competency, and relationships.

I work with individuals from preteen through older adulthood in individual psychotherapy, family therapy (including parenting strategies), couples therapy, and skill seminars. I easily build affinity and trust with people from all backgrounds, age groups, and life circumstances. Anxiety and mood disorders interfere with attaining “Elite” performance for ALL individuals suffering with these issues, and my approach helps to achieve individual objectives, no matter the walk of life.

In addition to my general psychological services, I consult with a specialized emphasis on performance enhancement for athletes, musicians, artists, corporate executives and business leaders to help them reach peak performance in their professional and personal lives.

I am a dedicated professional, and my significant knowledge and experience helps individuals achieve goals and make positive changes.

I have been described as an individual with unmatched commitment, problem-resolution skills and a reputation as a direct and approachable professional with impeccable integrity and ethics. I am committed to respecting the principles, sensitivity, diversity and multicultural background of my clients.
Dr. Robin has provided our families with parenting workshops that were extremely well received. Her presentations are always pertinent, compassionate and full of excellent information. Dr. Robin has also provided our staff and team of Mentors with “Ask the Expert” presentations where she addressed many topics related to children, adolescents and family systems.

In my experience, Dr. Robin has always been a consummate professional and a champion for families and children. Her knowledge is extensive and she adjusts her delivery and information to respectfully and effectively reach the audience she is speaking to. It has been Project HELP’s great fortune to have her on our team and as a resource.

Dr. Choquette worked with myself and my staff at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital at the School Anxiety/School Refusal Program beginning March 2004 through December 2014. Dr. Choquette was a valuable asset to our team, as she brought clinical expertise, enthusiasm and a good work ethic to the position.

I find myself uniquely qualified to support Dr. Choquette as I have observed her in a number of situations which have allowed me to witness first hand her dedication to the field of psychology, her devotion to the field and clinical expertise. Dr. Choquette co-presented with me on a number of occasions on topics including school refusal strategies, parenting skills and school interventions. Dr. Choquette was a well-received speaker who engaged her audience.

Dr. Choquette will bring a unique talent, as she is trained to work with adolescents and their families presenting with anxiety and mood related disorders, as well as behavioral and substance abuse related symptoms.

It was a pleasure to work with Dr. Choquette, and I am sure that you will find the same result as well.

We run a youth soccer club, offering training, education and player development through leagues, tournaments and training curriculum for around 1600 children between the ages of 5 and 19, all with varying levels of ability, background and ambitions’ within the game. We brought Dr. Boggs-Choquette to our club to present to parents on the general topic of “Parent Strategies to Enhance Player Performance”. Within this open invite presentation she was meeting with parents across the age spectrum and had parents that were new to the game participating in recreational soccer, along with parents of players going on to Division I collegiate programs and youth national teams.

Dr. Boggs- Choquette did a great job of balancing presentation with interaction and audience participation through stories, questions to contemplate, and discussion. She was able to keep conversations relevant to the topic, guide them to the next category, give advice, tips to handle situations and things to look for or keep an eye on; all while keeping the entire room engaged as it was relatable to everyone in the room in some way. She was able to hit on such categories as goal setting, critical thinking, player anxiety and problem solving as well as perfectionism within youth.

I have know Robin for 3-1/2 years and have heard her speak in many capacities; she is outstanding! In one instance she was brought in by the Board of a non-profit to provide feedback to staff and volunteers. She made the group feel relaxed and comfortable, listening intently to their questions as well as sharing her knowledge.

In my current position, I help organize workshops for parents and knew Robin would be a perfect fit to speak to our diverse parent population. Her presentation, “Enhancing Your Preschooler’s Development,” was insightful and informative. Robin answered questions from the audience, shared real-life storied to aid in understanding and was extremely genuine.

Robin is engaging, competent, and goes the extra mile when presenting. Her ability to involve an audience and capture their attention is one that is a true gift.

I highly recommend Dr. Choquette as an outstanding therapist. Our daughter, now 15 years old, has been a patient of hers for the past three years. She has suffered from ADHD, anxiety, depression and emotional dysregulation. As she has matured, we have experienced many ups and downs, and her needs for therapy have varied from once a week to once a month, sometimes adding group therapy as needed or family sessions to work through rough patches.

Robin has been there to help us navigate these mood disorders and we are confident that her continued support will provide our daughter the guidance through the remainder of high school and perhaps, beyond! One of the qualities I value most is her straight-forward, honest approach, both with our daughter as well as with us, her parents. We feel blessed to have found such a great resource in her!
